Note: Some information in this project has been modified to respect company confidentiality and protect sensitive data. The core scope, responsibilities, and outcomes remain accurately represented.

01

Launching a Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign (LinkedIn & Meta)

A multi-platform marketing campaign was developed and deployed across LinkedIn and Meta to expand the company’s presence within the Egyptian market. The focus was on attracting new audiences and potential clients through targeted messaging, optimized audience segmentation, and consistent brand positioning.

The campaign leveraged each platform’s strengths to maximize visibility, engagement, and overall reach. Certain details have been adjusted to maintain company confidentiality while preserving the accuracy of the project’s scope and outcomes.

02

Content Calendar

For this project, a full monthly content calendar for May was developed to organize and streamline publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The calendar included scheduled posts for each platform, along with clear details such as content type (carousel, reel, video, photo, or standard post), captions, and suggested hashtags.

Additional space was built into the calendar to allow for future edits, optimization, and content improvements, ensuring that the publishing workflow remained flexible and easy to manage

Audience Targeting & Campaign Optimization

As part of the campaign, targeted audience segments were developed across LinkedIn and Meta to support RaiseUp’s goal of acquiring new clients within the Egyptian market. The targeting strategy was built using demographic insights, interests, behaviors, and platform analytics to ensure that each post reached the most relevant audience groups.

Because LinkedIn was a key channel for B2B acquisition, the campaign highlighted RaiseUp’s credible partnerships with organizations such as Terre des Hommes (Tdh) and EFE Egypt, helping strengthen trust and positioning the company as a reliable training provider for both individuals and institutions.

Throughout the campaign, performance was monitored and optimized continuously. Adjustments were made to audience segments, budgets, messaging, and creatives based on real-time data, resulting in improved engagement and better overall delivery across all platforms.

04

Creative Asset Development

A full set of creative assets was produced to support the campaign across LinkedIn and Meta. This included designing visuals, carousels, and social graphics using Canva, as well as generating and editing short-form videos with AI-assisted tools for reels and promotional clips.

Each asset was adapted to the specific format and requirements of its platform, ensuring that posts were visually consistent, engaging, and aligned with RaiseUp’s brand identity. Captions, hashtags, and messaging were crafted to support the campaign’s objective of acquiring new clients while maintaining clarity and professional tone across all channels

05

Performance Reporting, Platform Management & Final Optimization

The final stage of the project involved managing the publishing process, monitoring real-time campaign results, and conducting a full performance analysis across all platforms. Content for LinkedIn and Meta was scheduled and published using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and supporting planning tools. This ensured consistent delivery across all formats, including videos, reels, carousels, and static posts.

To evaluate campaign effectiveness, performance metrics were monitored through platform analytics dashboards, including reach, impressions, engagement rates, audience demographics, and click-through behavior. Advanced tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics were also used to better understand user interaction and traffic sources.

In addition to platform analytics, external tools were used to assess website and landing page performance to ensure the campaign was supported by a strong user experience. This included running tests on platforms such as GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, and SpeedVitals to check loading times, responsiveness, and overall site health — ensuring users coming from the ads had a smooth browsing experience.

Based on the collected data, several optimizations were implemented, such as adjusting audience segments, refining creatives, improving posting frequency, and updating messaging to better align with user behavior patterns. These insights contributed to improved delivery, stronger engagement, and clearer direction for future campaigns.

Insights gathered from this analysis guided recommendations for improving targeting, refining content types, and optimizing posting schedules. This final evaluation helped strengthen RaiseUp’s future digital marketing efforts and provided a clear understanding of what strategies delivered the strongest impact.
